These terms govern the use of the Miabeli mobile app. By registering and using the app, you confirm that you have read them and agree to them.
Who operates the app
The Miabeli app is operated by Kristina Valenčak. For questions about these terms, email info.miabeli@gmail.com.
What the app is and what it is not
Miabeli is intended for parents and guardians to personally log health and other important information about children.
- The app is not a medical device.
- It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace a doctor or other healthcare professional.
- Decisions about your child's health are made by you together with qualified professionals.
Informational content
In addition to logging, the app may show general informational content in some places, for example on complementary feeding, developmental milestones, sleep, or teeth. This content:
- is intended only for informational support and easier understanding;
- is based on publicly available professional guidelines and may be updated over time;
- does not constitute medical advice and does not replace a pediatrician or other healthcare professional;
- do not use it to make treatment decisions or for emergency medical care.

Your account and security
- Your account is personal; do not share your password with others.
- You are responsible for the security of your device and password.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us at info.miabeli@gmail.com.
Family access
In the app, you can create a family and invite up to two other adult members (3 people in total).
- Family members see the same child profiles and records in that family.
- You send the invitation to an email address you enter yourself.
- You are responsible for who you invite into your family.
How you may use the app
You may use the app only for lawful and intended purposes. Uploading unlawful content, attempting unauthorized access to our systems, and any use that harms other users or the service is prohibited.
Your content and documents
You are responsible for the content you enter or upload.
- For a child's profile, you choose an illustration built into the app. We do not upload photos from your gallery.
- With a Premium subscription, you can upload documents for your own records (e.g. PDF reports or photos of referrals).
- Uploaded documents are stored with our chosen cloud storage provider so you can view them in the app.
- The app does not analyze or interpret documents as medical reports.
- You can delete documents at any time in the app.
Premium subscription
A child profile is free. Some features (health records, history, reminders, PDF export, documents) are available with a Premium subscription:
- Subscriptions are monthly or annual and renew automatically unless you cancel in store settings.
- On iPhone you pay through the Apple App Store; on Android through Google Play. We do not collect payment card details.
- When you add your first child, you activate a 7-day free trial with no card required.
- One subscription covers the whole family (up to 3 members).
What the app provides and what it does not
- We maintain the app to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or flawless operation.
- The app helps with logging. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on records in the app.
- We protect data with reasonable technical measures, but we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost or unavailable, e.g. due to device failure, network issues, technical errors, maintenance, or failures by service providers we use.
- Back up important records yourself from time to time (e.g. by exporting PDF).
When use ends
- You can stop using the app at any time.
- You can delete your account in the app settings.
- After account deletion, we delete your data in accordance with the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms from time to time.
- We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email.
- If you continue using the app after changes are published, you are deemed to agree to the updated terms.
